Dr Paul Barber

Dr Paul Barber MA (Cantab) MBBS MRCGP FRCA

Medical background: Degrees in Natural Sciences and then Medicine. I specialised in Anaesthetics and Intensive Care medicine, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists. I then moved into General Practice, initially working in London before moving to Whitchurch in 2007 becoming a partner. Special Interests: Chronic pain management, musculoskeletal conditions+ joint injections, until recently I had a theatre list at North Hants Hospital carrying out facet+ sacroiliac joint injections + epidurals, acupuncture cardiorespiratory medicine, dental sedation. I enjoy playing the guitar and anything to do with music and try to keep fit with running and Judo.
Dr Kate Edgecombe

Dr Kate Edgecombe BSc (Hons) BM MRCGP

Dr Edgecombe studied medicine at the University of Southampton qualifying in 2008. She then went on to work as a junior doctor in Poole hospital for 2 years before moving to Winchester to undertake GP specialty training at Winchester hospital and GP surgeries in Stockbridge & Basingstoke. She enjoys all aspects of general practice with a particular interest in mental health & paediatrics. Dr Edgecombe lives in Winchester and when not working enjoys spending time with her husband and young son.
Dr Daniel Lickman

Dr Daniel Lickman MBChB BSc (hons) DCH MRCGP

Qualified in 2010 from Warwick Medical School having completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences in 2006. Moved to Bath rotating through posts in Elderly Care, Vascular and General Surgery and Acute Medicine at the Royal United Hospital. Then went on to hospital posts in Paediatrics, A&E and Orthopaedics at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Moved back to Hampshire for family reasons and completed the three year GP vocational scheme at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital rotating through posts of Paediatrics and Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Stroke and rehabilitation medicine, A&E and General Practice. Decided to stay on as a partner at the new Two Rivers Medical Partnership. Holds post graduate certificate in Child Health. Other interests include dermatology, joint injections and teaching. Married with four children which keeps him busy! Other interests include running, many family activities and loves to get away to Cornwall with his family when he can.
Dr Emily Donovan

Dr Emily Donovan BSocSc (Hons), MBBS, DCH

After completing a degree in Social Anthropology and living and working in West Africa, Dr Donovan decided to pursue a career in medicine, qualifying from St Georges University London in 2011. She has worked at Royal Hampshire County Hospital in ENT, orthopaedics, elderly care, paediatrics, and emergency medicine. She has also worked in psychiatry at Parklands hospital. She is currently completing her Masters in Research in Primary Care, with research interests including antimicrobial resistance, global health and domestic violence. She enjoys all aspects of primary care, especially childhealth and psychiatry. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and family.
Dr Diana Kenshole

Dr Diana Kenshole

Dr Diana Kenshole comes to Two Rivers having been Senior Partner at Clift Surgery in Bramley since 1998. Whilst there she developed special interests in Family Planning including regularly fitting coils and implants, a service she has since re-established at Two Rivers. Diana is an experienced GP Trainer and Appraiser having undertaken these roles since 2004. She has also developed her skills in running the Diabetic clinic at Clift Surgery over the last 8 years or more. Diana gained a degree in Geography from Cambridge prior to changing directions and studying Medicine at Southampton. She undertook her training around the South of England including a year as GP Trainee down the road in Overton in the mid-1990s. Further afield she enjoyed the challenges of working for 2 years in Vietnam in emergency and evacuation medicine in the early 90s. In her time outside of work Diana enjoys riding her horse, walking her dogs and hill walking with her husband (and grown-up children when they visit.)
